• Treat the competition as a game, not a war.

• Display modesty in victory and graciousness in defeat.

As an athlete, I will never:

• Use foul language or obscene gestures at a game or practice site.
• Make comments or gestures that express disagreement with referee decisions.
• Consume alcoholic beverages on the field location, at practices, or at games.
