HOST A TETRA COACH
In an effort to provide quality coaching for our players, BYSA utilizes TetraBrazil coaches for some of our traveling teams. These coaches bring their Brazilian soccer expertise to our club and are an asset to our organization. In order to keep the registration costs as low as possible BYSA must provide host families for these coaches. Without host families, BYSA would simply not be able to provide this opportunity for our teams. Please consider opening your home to a TetraBrazil coach for an upcoming season.
BECOME A REFEREE
Becoming a soccer referee offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young athletes while fostering a deeper appreciation for the game. As a referee, individuals not only gain a comprehensive understanding of soccer's rules and regulations but also cultivate invaluable leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Serving as a referee enables individuals to play a pivotal role in promoting fair play, sportsmanship, and integrity on the field, setting a positive example for players, coaches, and spectators alike. It also offers a chance to stay active, engage with the soccer community, and earn supplemental income!
If you are 13 years of age or older and are interested in becoming a referee, check out the Minnesota State Referee Committee website for information.
